Oyster Cove Rd.- Ladysmith
Designed with quality family time in mind from the beginning, this west coast contemporary home has many features that make it unique and state of the art. Built on a steep ocean front slope this house has three stories of tall ceilings to maximize the building lot and square footage as well two separate decks that offer incredible views of the harbour. Concrete stair treads on steel mono stringers give a bit of an industrial feel with sharp modern touches.
Filipana – Yellowpoint
This beautiful rancher is country living at it’s finest. One level living is great for the future and this house has longevity in mind. Radiant floors throughout with the main living area offering open concept living. Polished concrete floors that are acid stained different colours in the living area have an artistic feel paired with plenty of local cut wood beams and trim. Laundry/mud room and washroom are all accessed easily from an exterior door to make it easy to dip in when working outside
Oyster Cove – Ladysmith
A modern and tasteful oceanfront home in the heart of Ladysmith BC. The elevator takes you down from the garage that is suspended above the kitchen below where the open views are enjoyed from anywhere inside the house. This tall 4 story home was a challenging build as the shoreline is so steep in this location.
Cordova Bay – Victoria
This beautiful oceanfront home brings curb appeal the moment you set eyes on it from the street as the living roof is the first thing you see. Grand views are taken advantage of with the large windows and multi level decks on the water side. As the wind can be strong coming off the ocean particularly in the winter months, this ICF home deflects the weather and is proving to be an amazing building for its environment. The lap pool and hot tub can be enjoyed while looking across the ocean at Mt.Baker on a clear day.
Vista Grande – Chemainus
A beautiful house that’s tucked into the hillside to maximize the 240 degree view of the ocean. Looking out on the Stewart channel of Chemainus, this house takes advantage of the views from almost every room in the house. Purpose built with a Granny suite as well as additional guest space, this house is meant for entertaining! Main living on the upper level makes for simplified living while the spacious downstairs is always ready for overnight guests. All bedrooms have stunning ocean views. Generous upper and lower decks are tailored to seaside life. Open concept great room with vaulted ceiling brings light and beauty into this welcoming space.
Cadboro Bay – Victoria
This house is built on a beautiful low bank ocean front lot that used to be where ships were loaded with dynamite from the factory that was down the street a long time ago. Now sits a modern home that takes advantage of the surrounding grounds as well as the beautiful but sheltered ocean front views. This house boasts a roof-top swimming pool, sports court, workout gym, and water sports storage garage. Building a pool on a roof in this seismic climate has many engineering obstacles to overcome but the challenge was met and the end product will be beautiful for many years to come. This house was built to entertain as well as to offer access to all the amenities of ocean front living.
